для разблокировки надо установить сторонний лаунчер и сделать его основным по умолчанию, тогда при загрузке планшета будет открываться
экран, как в обычном андройд.
для этого сдвигаем шторку вниз и включаем блютуз. передаем по блютуз файл с лаунчером. я использую Nova Launcher, скачать его можно по ссылке ниже. устанавливаем полученный файл. сдвигаем шторку вниз, заходим в настройки, выбираем приложения и уведомления, далее приложения по умолчанию, основной экран и выбираем Nova Launcher. Теперь при перезагрузке будет открываться обычный андройд, можно устанавливать любые приложения и без проблем запускать их.
