Hello, beautiful souls, and welcome back to A Kind of Meadow. I’m your host, Rhiannon Vaughn, and I’m so grateful you’re here for the start of a deeply important and timely healing series. Over the next few episodes, we’re diving into the complex and collective wounds caused by narcissistic abuse—a theme that feels particularly present in the collective energy right now.

Today’s episode, A Kind of Centering, is all about opening the container for this series and setting the foundation for the healing work ahead. I spent extra time preparing this healing because it’s such a big, layered theme that touches so many lives. In this session, we’ll begin to untangle the story of “No matter what I create or build, someone can take it from me” and the fear of having the rug pulled out from under us. This fear creates a disconnection from our sense of desire, making it hard to know what we truly want or need in life.

This episode focuses on forgiveness—letting go of all the proofs we’ve gathered of an unjust world—and stepping into a new paradigm where we trust that what is ours will always be ours. It’s an invitation to reclaim your power and move forward as the center of your own universe.
