*Qualifications:*
To thrive in this role, you'll need a bachelor's degree in an engineering field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical quality role or equivalent environment. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, and if you're a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), that's a big plus! Your ability to connect with internal and external customers at a high level, along with previous experience with LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies, will set you apart.
