this clip shows the demolition of leybourne grange which was opened in 1936, was used for sixty years, and finally closed in 1996 and at it's peak had base1200 patients. Leybourne grange covers around 270 acres and is very tree-bassed.

The site is now owned by Taylor whimpey In total, over 700 new homes will be built on the Leybourne Grange hospital site with approximately 100 allocated to first-time buyers.
