May 6 was the re-opening of Phibbs Exchange after a months-long rebuild project. The bus loop was originally to re-open at the start of the revised timetable effective April 15, 2024. The loop features better lighting and an overall modernization of passenger amenities. $32 Million was spent on this modernization project.
