Know Your Unit Reborn: Vartan

I love that the item build centric thing runs in the family. Deep down I want to believe it's a way to tie them to March of the Black Queen. Either way, Water Crossbow with Dragonslayer remains my favorite build for this guy.

Ok, to be fair, El Colas actually does have some utility for an air centric rush down unit. If running all physical and Crit with an Air weapon, that's a solid damage bonus, but you could also get that done with Wind magic. There's some theoretical challenge run potential there, but you can see why it'll be niche. The idea would be that if he was air, the enemy was earth, he would be stacking the maximum of his personal 30%, plus the instill 30%, plus the Averse 15%, plus the matching 10%, and this would be pretty quick on him. This would, in theory, make the Talons his ultimate weapon for that setup, and that's a neat little side arc. Still, that Averse 15% could be easier achieved with just firing a Deadshot on the way anyways. He's got the missiles for it. It's neat to see the AI show it off on rare occasions, though.
