Kaju Katli Butter:
Cashew Nuts (roasted) - 1 Cup
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Milk - 2 tsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Saffron - Few strands
Instructions:
1. Add the roasted cashew nuts to a blender.
Pulse the cashew nuts till its texture becomes powder,
2. Give it a mix, scrape it off the edges.
Pulse it again till it starts to clump up and oil starts oozing out
3. Mix it, and pulse again.
4. Add the other ingredients and blend it. At this point it will loosen.
5. Blend it a little more till all the ingredients mix evenly and it thickens.
6. Add saffron, blend it.
7. Transfer it to a jar, store it for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy with toasted bread
