When was the last time someone was elected to the Westminster Parliament by Proportional Representation?

You might be surprised. It was June 2021, when the Conservative hereditary peers voted to choose three lawmakers for the House of Lords.

This video tells the story of that election, visualising how the Conservative peers can take advantage of transferable voting that lets them represent their true intentions without guesswork, even as the current government tries to strip choice away form the rest of us.
