This desi remedy is for all ages. You can make this before winter starts. This will keep you healthy, keep your chest clear, give you energy, will help get rid of cough and cold. Once you make it, store in the fridge for up to 10 days. Every morning take this with the breakfast. Adults can take 2 tablespoon, kids upto 12 years can take 1 tablespoon while younger kids may take a teaspoon. You must eat it warm, for kids you can add it in warm milk.


Ingredients:
Gondh 1/2 cup or 150 g
Milk 1 cup or 300 ml room temperature
Aata 1/2 cuo or 150 g
Besan: 2 1/2 tbsp
Ghee 3 -4 tbsp
Gurh ( jaggery) 1/2 cup or 150 g
Watermelon Seeds 1 tbsp
Chaarmaghz (mixed melon seeds) 1 tbsp
Sunflower Seeds 1 tbsp
Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
Illaichi powder 1/4 tsp
