Uncle Al has his educating hat on today as he introduces y’all to an antique gun restoration project. In conjunction with a master craftsman Al plans to refurbish a Regency era Henry Nock pistol. Nock is a British inventor and gunsmith famously known for The Nock Volley Gun. This 200-year-old weapon is in relatively good condition for an antique, which we envision was used to snuff out some wrong 'un backint day. Buuuuut, there are a few issues with the firing mechanism of the antique firearm so it possibly requires a new trigger. Additionally, the grip is cracked and worn, so Al will be designing and making a new handle out of African Blackwood, or from the cursed Black Walnut he initially used on the Coat Rack project. Eek.

This antique gun restoration is a new type of project for Dirty Shed Creations so we’d love to hear your feedback. Cheers!
