Ingredients:

Garlic - 250gm
Ginger- 150gm
Oil - 1/4 to 1/3 cup or as need to grind
Salt - 1.5 tsp

Method:

Peel ginger and garlic
Roughly cut the ginger
In a blender add chopped ginger, garlic, salt and oil.
Grind it into fine smooth paste.
Add more oil if needed
Store in an air tight glass jar.
20-30days shelf life @room temperature
5month in refrigerator


-Ginger should be less in quantity as it has a strong flavor.
-Make sure to cut ginger into thin slices so it is easier to grind. Ensure there is no moisture.
-Do not use water at all
