It gets really hot in our house, especially in the living room, so we have a fan circulating air in there at all times. Our last fan was a standard round bladed fan, and worked great, until the motor started to squeak a little too much, and was constantly slipping. Along came the TaoTronics Tower Fan model TT-TF002 to the rescue. In a much smaller 36-inch form factor, I was able to place this fan in the same location as the older fan, and still get the same cool breeze moving through the room. In fact, I think it’s putting out more. I’m liking the wireless remote so I don’t have to get up to change a setting like on my older fan. It’s also very quiet in comparison, and a lot safer to have around the kids, since there isn’t a large fan blade to be worried about.
