TODAY() is a built-in function that returns the date based on your device's system clock.
=TODAY() function return the outputs the current date in the default date format of your system and updates every time when you open a worksheet.

Now
NOW() returns the date and time based on your device's system clock.
=NOW() function return the outputs the current date and time in the default date format of your system and updates every time when you open a worksheet.

Maximum
The MAX function finds the highest number in a range.
It is typed =MAX(RANGE)
The function ignores cells with text.
It will only work for cells with numbers.

Minimum
The MIN function finds the lowest number in a range.
It is typed =MIN(RANGE)
The function ignores cells with text.
It will only work for cells with numbers.

Count
The COUNT function counts cells with numbers in a range.
It is typed =COUNT(RANGE)
Note: The COUNT function only counts cells with numbers, not cells with letters.
