Here is an example of a weekly scratch golf practice plan.

For context, this was created for a low single-figure golfer, with positive strokes gained stats for driving, and level strokes gained data for short game (compared to a scratch player).

This practice plan aims to make up some ground in approach play and putting, by targeting specific distances where he is currently losing shots (75 - 150 yards) and putting (4 - 15 feet).
