Bratwurst are good enough on their own, but when you add in home made buns it takes it to a whole new level. I don't add in any other toppings. I enjoy the taste of the fresh baked bread with just a little bit of cheese and mayo. You can't go wrong, and it is a perfect recipe to get started making bread.

For cooking the Bratwurst just toss in an air fryer and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side at 350 degrees F.
