Lissajous ASMR Oscilloscope Fun

I learned about Lissajous figures from my high-school Physics teacher, Herr Schneider, in about 1987 - in the last Physics class before the Xmas break, he would usually indulge us with some fun experiments, putting some of the more fancy equipment from the lab to work! Frequently, it involved (him) smoking, and the argon laser - and on one occasion he demonstrated Lissajous with the then purely analogue scope on a glowing mesmerizing green phosphor screen. Magic! Fast-forward 37 years, and I have my own (inexpensive) equipment to recreate this experiment - the Dual Function Generator does the job and is rather inexpensive, but offers good value for money. It's also quite straight-forward to just do that with an Arduino. I have to admit that an analogue scope is way cooler, but also somewhat more limited and harder to operate. Enjoy!
