First time tasting ZANZIBAR DURIANS, Spice Tour, and Vegan Zanzibar Cooking Class!

DURIANS IN ZANZIBAR! Yes, there are hundred-year-old durian trees in Zanzibar, and they are not difficult to find. On our first day in Zanzibar we headed out to the touristy Kizimbani Spice Farms area (which happens to be a major durian-growing region!) to get a better understanding of this area's history, culture, local plant crops, and of course how they eat durian! After a delicious day at the Tangawizi Spice Garden we feel so prepared to dig deeper into Zanzibar durians, plus we had so much fun!
