The simulation presents the German Panzerfaust 30 (klein) shaped charge warhead against the turret side of the Soviet T-34-85.

The man-portable Panzerfaust was mass produced during WWII due to its low cost, ease of use, and high effectiveness. The Pzf 30 (klein) was the smallest version, yet it could penetrate ~140mm of armour (more than most tank cannons of its time). The warhead used a shaped charge, with most sources stating that a steel liner was used. The dimensions were approximated from diagrams online.

While its hard to see, the jet tip reaches ~6500m/s, which is quite low when compared to other shaped charges. This, the steel liner, and the low standoff distance of ~1 cone diameter, limit the effectiveness of the warhead, however, it was sufficient for the time.

The rings which develop are artifacts from the simulation being a simple axisymmetric eulerian model.
