Lets brush our teeth!
We have a tube of toothpaste, a toothbrush, water, and of course, your mouth. First, we have to prepare the toothbrush. Start by getting you toothbrush wet by dipping it in water or under a running tap. Squeeze a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto the bristles of your toothbrush.

Next, let’s learn the best way to brush your teeth.
Brushing your teeth should take about 2 minutes in total. Section your mouth into quarters and focus on one quarter for every 30 seconds of brushing, 15 seconds on the outside and 15 seconds on the inside.

Angle your toothbrush so that it sits horizontally along the front of your teeth. Don’t forget to use a circular brushing pattern.

Lets practice brushing our teeth together!

Your smile is definitely a good indicator of your dental hygiene, but don’t be fooled. Your front teeth only take up a portion of your mouth, and your back teeth need to be brushed just as much.

Do you think we are done yet? No, not quite. The last place to brush is your tongue.
Brush your tongue up and down. Did you know? Your tongue is coated in bacteria just like your teeth, and removing it will prevent bad breath and damage to your teeth.

Finally, wash out the remaining toothpaste in your mouth under a tap. Remember, don’t rush when you brush!

Brushing your teeth properly morning and night, will ensure you always have a beautiful, healthy smile!
