Burberry recently opened its first social retail store in Shenzhen cooperating with Tencent. It is the first time a luxury brand tries to include social retail concept in its retail store. Besides, the only Thomas’s café which is named after the founder Thomas Burberry is also included in the store.

Customers have a seamless O2O experience in the store - scan the QR code and open the WeChat mini program and you can browse the products, book the Café, customize your own fitting room and share your pictures with Burberry.
