Through its collaboration with smartHEALTH, BIOEMTECH faced and overcame two major challenges:

🔹 Ensuring that its pediatric radiation dosing software met strict privacy and medical certification standards, and
🔹 Enhancing its preclinical optical imaging system, φ-eye, to deliver advanced imaging performance and data analysis.

With the support of smartHEALTH experts from the Foundation for Research and Technology – Hellas (FORTH), the company received guidance on medical device standards, interoperability, and data protection, while the φ-eye system was tested and upgraded with multi-angle imaging capabilities to boost quality and efficiency.
