Explore the marvels of our world and travel through history in 500,000 LEGO® bricks.

There are more than 50 models will be on display, including two Horniman icons specially created for the show.

Visitors can also build their own brick wonders in interactive play areas – including a graffiti wall, build areas and big bricks for little hands – and the exhibition includes a mini-cinema showing short LEGO® animations.

Brick Wonders is open from 16 February 2019 until Sunday 27 October 2019.

The Horniman Museum and Gardens is an inspiring, surprising, family-friendly, free attraction in South London’s Forest Hill. We’ve been open since Victorian times, when Frederick John Horniman first opened his house and extraordinary collection of objects to visitors. Since then, our collection has grown tenfold and includes internationally important collections of anthropology and musical instruments, as well as an acclaimed aquarium, Butterfly House and natural history collection.

Unusually for such an important museum, you can see our collection up-close and face-to-face. You can even pick up, try on and play with some of our objects.
