Join me today for a 30 min workout including a 3 min warm up and 5 min cool down. In the first round of the Upper Body workouts we do 40 sec on 20 sec rest for all 10 exercises listed. 2nd round we do 30 sec on 15 sec off and the 3rd round we go for 20 on 10 off for 10 exercises. Feel free to up your dumbbell weight with each successive round. We will be taking about a 1 min rest between rounds. Grab some water and good music and lets get started.

Thursday Upper Body Day
* Double handed swing
* Alternating Rows fast with light weight
* Plank up downs
* Squat curl and press
* Dead lift to forward raise to tri extensions
* Arnold Press
* Alternating Chest press fast with light weights on physioball
* Physioball walk outs to push up
* Banded pull aparts
* Fall outs
