apartment update - spare room transformation - office and workout room to spare bedroom

I am having my first visitors! My parents are coming to help me recover after my hip surgery and I needed to set them up to be comfortable while they are here. So I am taking the second bedroom in my apartment from the workout room and office I had been using it for to a spare bedroom with a desk in it.
