In today's video I will be going over a brief tutorial or how to when it comes to Garmin Daily Suggested Workouts. Garmin released this feature and while it is not necessarily new it still is in the beginning stages to where I think Garmin will potentially end up at. Garmin daily suggested workouts work on many of the new watches from the Fenix to Forerunner Garmin watches.
