These day’s people focus so much on the inside of their home that they forget about the outside. Great curb appeal will not only help you sell your home faster, but it can increase the value as well.
Here are some simple affordable tips you can start right now to improve the curb appeal of your home

Clean Up the clutter:

Nothing makes the outside of a house less appealing than clutter.
Remember, first impressions matter, if someone doesn’t take care of the outside they probably don't take care of the inside. So walk around the outside of your house and pick up any trash you see. Put away the toys , bikes and tools. Roll up the garden hose and keep the trash bins out of sight. Remember, clean up the clutter..

Once the outside clutter is gone, take a step back and look at your home as if you were looking at it for the first time. Are the windows clean? If not it’s time to break out the soap and water. Sweep the sidewalk and porch. If you have to, hose down the garage door to get rid of any dirt or cobwebs that may have accumulated over time.
