Trams and Trolleybuses in Basel Trams of Basler Verkehrs-Betriebe (Basel Transport Service) (BVB) and Baselland Transport (BLT) operate this mete gauge system.
IN 1999 BVB operated three trolleybuses routes, these are covered half way through this video.
The trolleybus system closed in 2009. Most of the trams have since been replaced making this an historic account of electric transport in this Swiss city as it was in 1998
