Yo yo yo, what's good fam? I'm currently chilling in Puerto Escondido, a small town located in the state of Oaxaca, on the southern coast of Mexico next to the Pacific Ocean. Let me tell you, it's absolutely stunning here. But before I dive into the specifics of Puerto Escondido, let me give you a quick rundown of Oaxaca as a whole.

So, I arrived in Oaxaca a week ago and let me tell you, it's a paradise. Oaxaca is the state of Mexico with the most diverse nature, filled with lush greenery, different types of trees, flowers, and fruits. It's a nature lover's dream. But, Oaxaca isn't just about nature, it's also known for its huge food culture. You'll find tons of traditional Mexican food that is to die for, and of course, you can always wash it down with a delicious mezcal. Mezcal is a type of alcohol made from agaves and it's famous for having the best mezcal in the world. And, if you're feeling adventurous, you can try a mezcal cocktail with a hint of chili salt on the rim of the glass for an added kick of spice.

But enough about Oaxaca in general, let's talk about Puerto Escondido. This place is a surfer's paradise with strong waves and a lot of energy. The beaches here are breathtaking, and I've been spending most of my time in the water. But, even if you're not into surfing, Puerto Escondido still has a lot to offer. The town is filled with vibrant culture, history, and spirituality. You'll also find rooftop bars and live music everywhere, even on weekdays. And, if you're into fashion, you'll be happy to know that the town has some of the newest fashion trends and coolest looks.

Be careful: THERE IS NO UBER IN OAXACA but the Taxi prices are not that scammy. Still get a stay in the center! And get a mezcal in one of the beautiful roof top bars.
