Denver Real Estate Market Update - October 2021
The Denver housing market finished September with a slight increase in inventory from August with 3,971 homes on the market.
August saw 6,125 new listings and 5,689 homes went under contract.
Average sales price came in at $618,293, up .77% over August and up 15.11% over September 2020.
