Prepare to get emotional! Justin Bieber honours Make-A-Wish fan at Young Hollywood Awards

Justin Bieber received the Champ of Charity Award at the 2014 Young Hollywood Awards on Sunday night and helped a young Make-A-Wish girl's dream come true. Bieber was honoured for the more than 200 wishes he has granted for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. To celebrate he took a young Make-A-Wish girl named Grace as his date to the show and even brought her onstage as he accepted his award. Other notables in attendance at the awards show included Vanessa Hudgens, who received the Trendsetter Award and Chloe Moretz, who took home a prize for Fan Favorite. Report by Andrea Lilly.
