This is my very quick guide on how to get started and how to install City of Heroes in 2019 and beyond. Specifically how to play City of Heroes Homecoming servers, as they are the biggest, most populated CoH servers available.

Steps and Links:
1. Download the Tequila client - https://patch.savecoh.com/tequila.exe
2. Place Tequila into a folder you want to keep the files in once they are downloaded.
3. Go to Homecoming forums - https://forums.homecomingservers.com OR http://score.savecoh.com
4. Setup forum account and verify it.
5. Set up "Game Account" to be used in City Of Heroes itself.
6. Boot up Tequila and download files.
7. Boot up game and play using Game Account details.

City of Heroes closed its doors in 2012 after following a traditional monthly subscription service then going free to play. The server files were leaked but kept secret until this year, the people running Homecoming have unlocked all p2w elements so everything in the game is free, unless you want to donate to fund server costs. It is one of my all time favourite games due to the customisation.
