A little-known, yet very powerful voicemail feature is "Operator Status". In the video you will see how using this feature can dramatically affect how the phones ring into your organization.

Operator status allows you to:
set the phone (person) who will be the designated operator for callers who "Zero out" or stay on the line after the auto attendant has played.
toggle the phone lines to be answered manually or automatically by the Auto Attendant
set the business to an OPEN or CLOSED status which affects which Auto Attendant recordings are played.
