Recipe : “#PANEER_SATAY”

Ingredients :
Paneer
Con floor
All-purpose flour
Salt
Red chilli powder
Cashews and roasted peanuts
Ginger, garlic, green chilies
Soaked baggy red chilies
Tomato sauce
Coriander leaves

Method :
1. In a mixing bowl add two spoons of corn flour, two spoons of all-purpose flour, one spoon of boiled oil, salt to taste, red chilli powder, add water and mix these to Baji better consistency
Chop the Paneer as desired, did this in the prepared batter, fry in oil till golden brown

2. In a mixer, make a fine paste of 4 soaked Byadagi chilies, 6-8 green chilies, 1/2 inch ginger, 8 pods garlic

3. Make a coarse powder of roasted peanuts and cashew nuts and keep it aside

4. Piers at toothpick to the fried Paneer pieces and keep them aside

5. In a pan add oil, prepared chilli paste and fry for one or two minutes, now add water, salt, tomato ketchup and mix it really well

6. Now add corn flour slurry to make the sauce thick and keep on stirring, add peanut and cashew powder which we had prepared earlier and mix it all really well, of the stove

7. Take the sauce in a tumbler, take a toothpick pierced to Paneer piece, dip it in the sauce and arrange on a serving plate, finally garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot
