Here are the top 10 must-have baby essentials every new parent needs in 2024 to keep your newborn baby happy and your wallet intact. But hear me out - NEWBORN babies! As your baby gets older you need more things but you don't need to buy everything all at once. These are just to get you started with the basics.

PS. Nappies and onesies were not included because these must-haves are so obvious it would be a waste to repeat! ;)

For babies that are a bit older, I would add the following:
Ear / oral thermometer
Nasal aspirator (manual or battery-operated)
Breastpump if you plan to express and store milk
