Fluffy Soft Strawberry Cheesecake Cinnamon Rolls

I love cinnamon rolls. Theres nothing more to say. You go for the bagel or the apple fritter and I go for the cinnamon rolls. So, here's another cinnamon roll recipe and its really not different from the other video. The only thing I did different was make a strawberry filling and a sweet cream cheese topping.

CInnamon rolls are super easy to make and you can have them out for your family to enjoy in about 1-1.5 hours.

I have a hack for you if you want the dough to rise faster. If its hot out, find a shaded area to place your dough to rise and come back in 15 minutes. Your dough will most likely have doubled in size.

Another trick is to heat your over to 180 degrees and then shut it off. Place the dough in the oven and check on it in 15-20 minutes.

Strawberry Filling
2-3 cups washed strawberries
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup water
juice of 1 lemon
2oz of bourbon

Bring to a boil and mash the strawberries. Boil for about 5 minutes stirring and mashing and then reduce to a simmer. Simmer for about 30-40 minutes until the mix has reduced by more than half. Let cool completely before spreading on your dough.

Cream Cheese Frosting
8oz Cream Cheese
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup strawberry filling

Combine in a bowl and mix well.
