Heye guys, new guitar on the channel today ! It's a 1937 Gibson L-5 Advanced, that must be among the last models to combine a X braced patern and a short scale. I'm playing the famous Duke Ellington standard from 1938 with lyrics from Irving Mills, Henry Nemo and John Redmond called "I let a song go out of my heart".

I'm playing a 1937 Gibson L-5 Advanced with bronze strings, a Dunlop 0.71mm gator pick and the sound is captured by both a Neumann TLM 103 and a Bluebird microphone.

Feel free to support the channel if you want/can : www.paypal.me/acousticstandards
