~~ABOUT THIS RELEASE~~
I'm so excited to share with you our music video arrangement of the main theme from a very special episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation, "The Inner Light." If you haven't seen it yet, check out season 5 episode 25. I promise you will appreciate this song even more if you've watched one of the most moving episodes of this brilliant show, starring Sir Patrick Stewart as Captain Picard. It holds a very special place in my heart. (You don't even have to be familiar with the show to appreciate this episode; it's great as a standalone as well.)

The theme, originally composed by Jay Chattaway, features a gorgeous penny whistle solo, which zircon and I have transformed into the main vocal line of our arrangement, accented by many layers of background singing. I am especially proud of the lyrics I wrote for this one; you can find them below. 🙂 We filmed the video with our favorite director, Landon Donoho, socially distanced at a lovely state park here in Maryland.
