Notes:

Title: There is no direction translation or word in English that means the same thing as 距離感(kyorikan). Breaking the words up into their parts, they are 距離(kyori) which means distance, and 感(kan) which means feeling. I don't completely understand this word myself, but from other people I've talked to, and what I could find on the internet, it seems to mean the feeling that is produced from the distance of something. The feeling itself is the topic, not the distance. This information makes me want to word the title as 'What the distance from the artificial flower feels like'. However, this title is wordy (with words that aren't directly used in the Japanese title), and a native speaker I talked with said that the current title I'm using is most likely the most accurate. The Artificial Flower's Distant Feeling (that I am feeling myself) is most likely the idea here.

(1) 0:48 最愛(saiai, beloved/loved one) is pronounced here as 一番(ichiban, best/first/foremost). Not too big of a difference between the meanings honestly, but still noteworthy.

(2) 0:48 Also, this line was hard for me to understand and is most likely very inaccurate. Judging from the title, and other clues in the rest of the song, I figured it was talking about how the memory of a loved one doesn't ever fade away, as if it was an 'artificial flower' instead of a real one.

(3) 1:49 The word used here is 委ねて(yudanete) which directly translates as 'to entrust'. Entrust isn't a word that's really used a lot in colloquial English, so I tried to go around it by saying self-abandonment. Its meaning is similar, and it gives a sense of helplessness, which is a feeling that is strongly promoted throughout the song. Also, I didn't completely understand what was breaking or being broken (壊れて, kowarete) here in this line, so I tried to keep it ambiguous. Like note (2), this line is most likely also inaccurate.

(4) 2:05 届く(todoku) normally means to reach/arrive/etc, but usually means to transmit/get across something if it spoken. The line was talking about thoughts, so I treated it like a voice and used the word 'understand' in place of 'getting a point across'.

(5) 2:20 The words 'so much' aren't actually said here in Japanese, but よ(yo) is a particle that emphasizes whatever it suffixes, and so I added those words to also emphasize them in English.
