100gm wheat flour (गेहूं आटा )
50gm suji (सूजी, रवा )
1- chopped onion (प्याज )
1- green chilli (हरी मिर्च )
1/2 tbsp crush ginger (अदरक )
1/2 lemon juice (निम्बू रस )
Fresh Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ती )
1/2 tsp cumin (जीरा (
1- tsp coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर )
1/2 tsp garam masala (गरम मसाला पाउडर )
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर )
2- tbsp oil (तेल )
According to taste salt (स्वादानुसार नमक )
