One of the stars of the show was the North American T-6G Texan “Happy Hour.”
For some reason, I could barely capture it — it just felt so much faster than the other aircraft, and keeping up with the different speeds during the displays turned out to be quite a challenge!

This particular Texan has a fascinating story. Built in 1953, it’s now based at Sivrihisar General Aviation Center in Turkey, filling an important spot between the center’s Stearman biplane and the P-51D Mustang “Ferocious Frankie.” Before arriving here, “Happy Hour” was operated in the UK by Duxford’s Old Flying Machine Company.

Seeing such a historically rich aircraft perform in Turkish skies was a real treat — even if I could barely keep it in frame!

As always, I must apologize for the footage — it never quite matches the real-life experience. This channel is a bit like my personal video archive, so I mainly upload for myself.
