Choosing the best precision rifle scope is a challenge, there are so many otions and when factoring in a budget it can be evenmore tricky. Arken curently has the best budget precision optics, thats why this video includes all of them (except the EP4j).
This video comparison should make it less challenging for you to decide.
in short:
Arken SH4J 6-24x50 (the most affordable of the precision optics)
great tracking, great glass for the price.... but 8 mils per revolution, a bit of a drawback...
Arken EP5 5-25x56 decent tracking, 10 mils per rev, great fit and finish great glass, but a tighter eyebox.
Arken EP5 7-35x56 decent tracking, 10 mils per rev great fit and finish wide magnification and a super forgiving eyebox at 25x
