I spent a week at an Ayahuasca retreat in Costa Rica, and had a life changing experience. I’m not a plant medicine expert, but I feel the urge to share my experience so that more people are aware of this magical ancient brew from South America.

In this video, I explained my second night’s experience. I released some dramatic feelings that I don't have the definite answers for. I screamed, I cried, and my body and mind were separated for a while - I called it my "in-body out-of-body" experience. Mama Ayahuasca literally threw me onto the ground and taught me grounding and earthing. And then the Moon, we had our bonding too, just around the full moon at Gemini, my raising sign 🙏🏻
