Why I Didn’t Talk About Ehlers Danlos Syndrome

Описание к видео Why I Didn’t Talk About Ehlers Danlos Syndrome

This is why it took me so long to talk about Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. You often see me discuss Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, but less commonly EDS. I do have both. EDS is a connective tissue disorder. POTS is a disorder of the autonomic nervous system and both often present together.

In this video you'll see me refer to another EDS patient, Cortney Gensemer. She is also a researcher studying the condition and provides accurate information online. ‪@TheEhlersDanlosSociety‬ is also a reliable source of information. See ‪@DysautonomiaInternational‬ for POTS related resources.
