Making picture stories is an art and it is essential part of issb where psychologist observe that you behavior and nature.
Inter Services Selection Board (ISSB) picture stories are typically used in military officer selection processes.These stories consist of a series of images presented to candidates, who are then required to create a logical story based on those images.The purpose is to assess candidates cognitive abilities,imagination, problem solving skills and leadership potential through their interpretation of visual information.The stories created by candidates provide insights into their decision making capabilitiesThese stories method is same for all ISSB tests of Pak Army, pak navy and Pakistan Air Force.
