I'm in my mid-30s, 18 months postpartum, and on a mission to get into the best shape of my life while juggling shifting priorities as a new mom. I decided to commit to 5:2 intermittent fasting for 1 month, and these are my results.

If the standard diet plan doesn't work for you, change it! I've finally found an easy way to lose the baby weight and more, and I hope this helps you on your weight loss journey as well!

With a standard 5:2 intermittent fasting diet, you would eat 500 calories 2 days a week, and then eat as you normally would the other 5 days. But, I have a HUGE sweet tooth and can easily cancel out any deficit. So, I found a way to make 5:2 fasting work for me and lose weight quickly.

My best tip is to take before and after photos wearing the same clothes! While the scale can tell you what you're losing, the photos SHOW you how your body is changing. It's extremely satisfying to watch the fat melt away.
