Odisha Dibasa or Utkala Dibasa is celebrated every year on 1 April all over Odisha. This auspicious day is celebrated in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh with great joy and every year an event is organised by the Lucknow Oriya Samaj.This year the event was graced by Smt. Banaja Devi an eminent writer.
