Sometimes people tell only one side of the story and label you as the bad person. But remember, in Islam, suspicion without evidence is Haram (forbidden). The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:

"Beware of suspicion, for suspicion is the most false of speech."
(Sahih al-Bukhari – narrated by Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه)

Do not judge others based on assumptions. Listen to both sides. Give others the benefit of the doubt, especially when they appear righteous outwardly.
