Capsicum chopped ¼ cup
French beans chopped ¼ cup
Corn kernels ¼ cup
Baby corn chopped ¼ cup
Carrot fine chopped ¼ cup
Cabbage chopped 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Vegetable stock as required
Dark soya sauce ½ tbsp
Red chilli sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Ajinomoto 1 tsp
Cornflour slurry 2-3 tbsp


Veg Manchurian

Cabbage fine chopped ½ cup
Cauliflower grated ½ cup
French beans ¼ cup
Ginger chopped ½ tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Schezwan sauce 1 tbsp
Coriander chopped 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Carrot fine chopped ½ cup
Refined flour 3 tbsp
Cornflour 2 tbsp

Oil 1 tbsp
Garlic chopped 2 tsp
Ginger chopped 1 tsp
Green chilli chopped 1 tsp
Veg stock as required
Cabbage chopped ¼ cup
Capsicum chopped 2 tbsp
Carrot chopped ¼ cup
Schezwan sauce 1 tbsp
Soya sauce
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Red chilli sauce 2 tsp
Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
Salt ½ tbsp
Ajinomoto a pinch
Cornflour slurry 3 tbsp
Manchurian fried
Spring onion chopped 2 tbsp
Coriander chopped 1 tbsp

Hakka noodles

Noodles 1 pkt
Water as required
Salt ½ tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp

Oil 1 tbsp
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Ginger chopped 1 tsp
Green chilli chopped 1 tsp
Cabbage shredded 1 cup
Capsicum juliennes red/yellow/green 1 cup
Carrot juliennes ¼ cup
Onion sliced ¼ cup
Now add boiled noodles
Soya sauce ½ tbsp
Vinegar ½ tsp
Ajinomoto a pinch
Salt ½ tbsp
Red chilli sauce 1 tbsp
Spring onion chopped

Mushroom chilli

Mushroom 2 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Refined flour 1 tbsp
Water as required
Oil for frying

Oil 1 tbsp
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Ginger chopped ½ tbsp
Dry red chilli diamond cut 1 tbsp
Green chilli diamond cut 1 tbsp
Red bell pepper diced ½ cup
Yellow bell pepper diced ½ cup
Green bell pepper diced ½ cup
Soya sauce ½ tbsp
Red chilli sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Schezwan sauce 1 tbsp
Water as required
Cornflour slurry 1 tbsp
Mushroom fried
Spring onion chopped 1 tbsp
Coriander chopped ½ tbsp

Honey noodles

Boiled noodles 1 cup
Oil for deep frying
Sesame seeds toasted 1 tbsp
Honey ¼ cup
Vanilla ice cream 1 scoop
