Ozark - Why Characters Make Irrational Decisions

This video essay reviews Ozark's 4th Season (Netflix). Characters in Ozark have different values and temperaments, and with so many competing interests, it creates unpredictable conflict. This is excellent character writing that creates unpredictable plot machinations. Not every character acts rationally and that's explained in this video.
