“Trumpet Ringers” RHYTHM Karakuri Clock （スモールワールドアレムDX リズムからくり時計）- 4MH713RH23

This is the vintage “Trumpet Ringers” magic motion clock made by Rhythm. In Japan, this model was called “Small World Alem DX”. Similar to the other clocks in the “Alem” series, this model has two trumpeters whose LED-equipped horns move and light up to the music. Additionally, beneath the face, there are two fairies that “ring” the rotating bells with their LED-equipped wands. “Trumpet Ringers” plays 6 popular songs and chimes the hour at the end. All songs are featured in this video (full song list and timestamps below). Clock is battery-quartz operated.
